Fowler Out Loud: Build Stories with Student Committee for the Arts

Fowler Out Loud teams with the Center for the Art of Performance and the Student Committee for the Arts at UCLA for a spoken word and literary event inspired by graphic novelist Chris Ware and his most recent work, Building Stories. UCLA student poets will perform original writing inspired by the Fowler at Fifty exhibitions. Using a special gallery guide, participants can journey through the galleries to gather material for their own stories–which can be shared digitally, or posted at the event.  The evening continues with a free conversation between Chris Ware and KCRW’s Michael Silverblatt at 7:30 pm.
